Who is FreeCust for?
Freelancers, companies and individuals who want to work together on a mission.
What can I do on the website?
You can browse offers, discover freelancer profiles and submit a business referral opportunity. Applications, posting missions and following up on the collaboration all take place in the app.
How do I create my freelancer profile?
In the app, create your account and then complete your CV: experience, education, skills, rates and availability.
How is a mission confirmed?
Both parties must accept the date and the rate or quote. This confirmation generates the contract, which the freelancer signs online (the client's signature, given at sign-up, is already on it).
When does the freelancer get paid?
Funds paid by the client through Stripe are held until the mission is approved, then released to the freelancer.
How much does FreeCust cost?
Signing up and posting offers are free. On each mission paid through the app, FreeCust keeps a 5% commission on the amount excluding tax, deducted from the freelancer's payout. For freelancers under umbrella employment (portage salarial), the commission is 8.5%, umbrella management fees included. The Premium option (€10 per month or €108 per year) adds automatic translation, AI suggestions and the verified profile badge. Full details are in article 3 of the terms of use.
Can I talk with the client?
Yes. Built-in messaging in the app lets both parties discuss each mission.
How do I become a business referrer?
Send your opportunity to contact@freecust.com. The terms of collaboration and remuneration are agreed together, in writing, before starting.
