Job description
SilverConnect.sg in Singapore seeks compassionate psychologists and counsellors to deliver home-based mental health support. The Home Psychologist / Counsellor will assess, counsel and develop care plans for seniors, caregivers and families in their homes. The role includes collaborating with clinicians and caregivers, maintaining confidential records, and addressing anxiety, depression, grief and caregiver burnout.
